Why these beat the usual icebreaker

Split the call in two; drawers alternate. Keep score across weeks if your team enjoys a leaderboard. Five minutes, hard stop, leave them wanting the next round.
4 · The one-line portrait
Draw a colleague (volunteer!) in one continuous line without lifting. Reveal who it was afterwards. Absurd, fast, and the subject always asks for the export.
5 · Sign-off signatures
End retro or all-hands by having one person write the meeting's theme word in the air as a closing flourish. Ritual, thirty seconds, and the export goes in the team channel.
